Bouliga monophasic&biphasic Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers

Monophasic sodium hyaluronate gel is a homogeneous gel-like substance, usually prepared by special cross-linking techniques. Its texture is more delicate, uniform, with good stability and plasticity.
Biphasic sodium hyaluronate gel consists of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate particles suspended in a non-cross-linked sodium hyaluronate solution. This structure gives it both the support of the particles and the fluidity of the solution.

I. Monophasic Sodium Hyaluronate Gel

Brief introduction:

Monophasic sodium hyaluronate gel is a homogeneous gel-like substance, usually prepared by special cross-linking techniques. Its texture is more delicate, uniform, with good stability and plasticity.

Features:

1. High smoothness: after injection, it can form a uniform filling effect in the skin tissue, with a smoother surface and less prone to granularity.

2. Good stability: due to its homogeneous characteristics, it has high stability in the body and is not easy to be displaced.

3. High plasticity: it can be finely shaped according to the needs of the injection site.

Scope of application:

Commonly used for filling the fine parts of the face, such as the tear trough, lips and so on. It can also be used to improve superficial wrinkles and increase the fullness of the skin.

II. Biphasic sodium hyaluronate gel

Brief introduction:

Biphasic sodium hyaluronate gel consists of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate particles suspended in a non-cross-linked sodium hyaluronate solution. This structure gives it both the support of the particles and the fluidity of the solution.

Features:

1. Better support: the cross-linked particles provide some support and are suitable for areas where a stronger filler effect is required.

2. Natural integration: the non-crosslinked solution helps the gel to integrate better with the surrounding tissue, resulting in a more natural filler effect.

3. Adjustability: During the injection process, the doctor can adjust the level and dosage of the injection as needed.

Scope of application:

Commonly used for nose job, chin augmentation and other areas that require greater support, also used to improve deeper wrinkles and depressions.

Differences between monophasic and biphasic sodium hyaluronate gels

1. Structure: monophasic is a homogeneous gel, biphasic is particles suspended in a solution.

2. Texture: monophasic is fine and homogeneous, biphasic is more complex.

3. Filling effect: monophasic is smoother, biphasic is more supportive and better integrated. 4.

4. Applicable areas: monophasic is suitable for fine areas and superficial filling, biphasic is suitable for areas that need support and deeper defects.
